29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) New residential construction at The Adagio Subdivision located at 2056 Cadenza Cir., Lot# 120, Dacula, GA 30019, Front: On or about 10/19/23, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet, 4-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in siding activities using a ladder jack scaffold system.
