Employees were observed actively installing new roofing material while working approximately 15 feet above the ground without utilizing any fall protection system.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: On or about 10/19/2023 at a residential construction jobsite located at 530 Forest Park Drive, Wentzville, MO., employees were exposed to a fall hazard. The exposed employees were observed using the ladder improperly while climbing on the ladder rungs.
