29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the job sites located at 14309 Oakland Ct, Grandview, MO 64030: Employees were exposed to falls greater than 6' while engaging in framing work without any means of fall protection. Employees were walking the top plate as they installed ceiling joists. Employees were also observed walking on ceiling joists at heights above nine feet without any means of fall protection.
