The Walmart, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1652843, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 5, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 919 Giacone Drive, Benton, IL 62812. The Walmart Neighborhood Market, Store #4046 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1580712, citation number 1 item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1855 S.
