29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a residential worksite located at 1000 - 1006 NE 75th St, Gladstone MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties using pneumatic nail guns, staplers, hammers and other various hand tools were not wearing eye protection. This exposed the employees to getting debris in their eyes. This was documented on or about 10/19/2023.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a residential worksite located at 1000 - 1006 NE 75th St, Gladstone MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties were not using any kind of fall protection system. This exposed employees to fall hazards of 9 feet ground to eave on the front side (south side) and 12.7 feet ground to eave on the back side (north side). This was documented on or about 10/19/2023.
