29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At a commercial worksite located at 7711 N Oak Tfwy, KC MO -- employee engaged in framing duties while working from a JLG Aerial Lift 400S was not wearing a safety harness with lanyard attached to the basket. This exposed the employee to being catapulted out of the aerial lift and falling more than 10 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 10/19/2023.
