29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At a commercial worksite located at 9300 NW Prairie View Rd KC MO -- an employee using a JLG 600S aerial lift for framing duties was not wearing a safety harness with lanyard attached to the basket. This exposed the employee to being catapulted from the aerial lift to the ground. This was documented on or about 10/20/2023.
