29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) On or about October 23, 2023, and at times prior thereto, in the quality control testing area, where employees were exposed to electric shock hazards when they operated a coupon cutting wet saw that had power cords entering metal boxes that were not protected from abrasions in two areas on the saw.
