29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3)(ii)(C):Results of the source individual's testing as a result of a post-exposure evaluation and follow-up of an exposure incident were not made available to the exposed employee, or the employee was not informed of applicable laws: a) Dialysis clinic: On or about October 23, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to bloodborne pathogens, in that results of the source individuals blood tests were not provided to employees during their post-exposure and follow-up after a needlestick injury.
