29 CFR 1926.651(e): Employee was not prohibited to be underneath loads handled by lifting or digging equipment: a) 7555 Dawsonville Highway Dawsonville, GA, Trench: On or about 10/20/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that the Takeuchi TB 260 Mini Excavator was observed positioned above the worker located inside the trench. The worker was performing clearing operations of the 3-inch water pipe as the excavator was rocking on the unstable surface during digging operations. Additionally the blade was improperly positioned behind the excavator and not toward the trench.
