Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. A) Tri-Star Construction - 60 Decker Ave., Staten Island NY 10302 - The employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing activities was using a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to falls of approx. 20 feet. Condition noted on October 12, 2023
