29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 509 Split Branch Avenue, Lot 48 Live Oak Estates, Fairhope, Alabama: On October 24, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet 3 inches to the ground below. The Julio Flores dba Julio Flores was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926..501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628517, citation number 1, item number 2, group b and was affirmed as a final order on December 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10950 Centipede Drive, Lot 111 St. Augustine, Daphne, Alabama.
