29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about October 24, 2023, and at times prior, as a controlling employer, Garnica Roofing LLC, did not ensure that subcontractor employees conducting roofing operations on a single-family residential home were protected from fall hazards in excess of 6 feet, by conducting effective frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite.
