29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about October 24, 2023, at the jobsite located at 1751 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, an employee was exposed to an approximate 15-foot fall hazard while trimming a palm tree from an aerial lift without being protected from falling.
