Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by equipment: a) On or about October 17, 2023, at the Children's Park, located at 900 South Broadway Avenue, Tyler, Texas 75701, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while operating Wright stand-on mower on steep slopes near the drop-offs.
