29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a) Workplace: 3 Old Dock Road, Yaphank, NY 11980:  An employee was operating a EcoCut 3300 Automatic Cutting Machine that had no guard on the ejection chute to prevent the employee from contact with moving parts; on or about 10/19/23.   Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
