29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(i):LP-Gas Containers were not stored in a manner to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering by unauthorized persons a) On or about October 24, 2023, outside of the warehouse managers office, employees were allowed to operate powered industrial trucks in an area where two pallets of LP-Gas containers were not stored correctly, they were sitting on top of crates not secured, exposing employees to explosion and struck by hazards. b) On or about October 24, 2023, next to the eyewash station, powered industrial trucks operations were performed in an area where a LP-Gas container was not stored securely sitting on the ground, exposing them to explosion and struck by hazards.
