29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): The ladder extension was positioned such that deflection under a load, by itself, would cause the ladder to slip off its support:  a)  At 24850 Ponder Loop, Lot 56 Ponder Place, Robertsdale, Alabama:  On October 25, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to gain access to the roof and the rails of the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet 9 inches to the ground below.
