(b) On October 23, 2023, at or near 3325/3323 20th Avenue Northwest in Minot North Dakota, two employees were on the second story west side of the duplex exiting the window onto the garage framed trusses and walked across five trusses into the window of the second story east side duplex at heights over 11 feet without the use of fall protection systems.
