29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall: On or about October 17, 2023, at an establishment located at 5485 County Road V in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, in the KiloLab-Lab 2; the waste flammable liquids were not stored in a closed container. The solvent trough connected to the North Sink was used to capture the waste flammable liquids and was not closed while not in use.
