29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  225 State St. Northampton, MA 01060: On or about 10/25/2023, the employer had not trained an employee to recognize fall hazards and on the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards, prior to exposing the employee to fall heights of approximately 10 feet during a residential construction project.
