29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  70 Dryads Green, Northampton, MA: On or about October 25, 2023, two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet above a lower level while performing residential construction work, and were not protected from falling by guard rail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest system.  Andrade Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1640163, citation number 2, item 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 523 Laurel St., Longmeadow, MA 01106.  Andrade Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1557134, citation number 1, item 3, and was affirmed as a final order on February 9, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 168 Longmeadow St., Longmeadow, MA 01106.
