On or about October 26, 2023, during a partial roof replacement on the roof of a commercial building located at 1828 Fulton Rd, Cleveland, OH 44113, the employer did not ensure employees working from a low-sloped roof were protected from a fall of approximately 15.9 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system and/or combination warning line system and safety monitoring system.    ROOSSMER CONSTRUCTION LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1492039, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/01/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 150 S. Miller Rd, Akron, OH 44306.
