29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) 522 Ward Street, Dunmore, PA: The employer did not ensure an employee used a protective helmet when the potential for head injury from falling tools or debris existed on or about October 26, 2023. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED Zenobi Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1532188, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1618 Adams Avenue, Dunmore, PA.
