Front parking lot located at 498 Lane Avenue South, Jacksonville, FL 32205; On or about October 25, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that the employee did not utilize a safety harness while in the bucket. The employee was being exposed up to a 20 feet fall hazard.
