For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1: a) On or about 10/26/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards due to silica exposure from dry cutting fiber cement siding, in that engineering controls were not provided as described in Table-1 for this work task.
