29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) New apartment complex located at 745 Scenic Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, Front Roof: On or about 10/25/2023, the employer exposed employees fall hazards of approximately 32-feet, 2-inches or more to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in roofing activities.
