29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:   a) At 53 Sweet Basil Ln, Niceville, FL: On or about October 25, 2023, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work under loads and materials without head protection exposing his employees to crushing hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) At 53 Sweet Basil Ln, Niceville, FL: On October 25, 2023 and at times prior thereto; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet to the ground below.
