29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about 30 October 2023, three employees of Isaias Roofing DBA Isaias General Contracting, LLC were observed working on a roof at 2487 Bear Creek Dr in Wentzville, MO 63385. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to falls to the ground below. REPEAT- Isaias Roofing was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1631109, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 29 November, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1189 Riesling, Pevely, MO 63070.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed. On or about 30 October 2023, three employees of Isaias Roofing DBA Isaias General Contracting, LLC were observed working on a roof at 2487 Bear Creek Dr in Wentzville, MO 63385. The ladder e employees were using to access the roof was not extended at least three feet beyond the upper landing or edge of the roof. REPEAT- Isaias Roofing was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1631109, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 29 November, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1189 Riesling, Pevely, MO 63070.
