They were not utilizing fall protection such as a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. These roofers were exposed to fall hazards from the roof at approximately 10 feet high from the ground.  Marcos Xol Choc was previously cited for a violation of Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): or its equivalent, which was contained in OSHA inspection #1554682, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/06/2021 concerning a workplace located at 7133 Douglas Palmer Pl., Hazelwood, Missouri 63042.
