29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 30, 2023, four roofers employed by Mr. Mario Mendez at the job site located at 292 Hyde Park Drive in Wentzville Missouri were exposed to fall hazards. Two were not utilizing fall protection such as a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. Two roofers were exposed to fall hazards from the roof at approximately 10 feet high from the ground.
