29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a) Lot #18 at 673 Allier Terrace Cumming, GA 30041: On or about 10/30/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by  hazards while operating framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided during siding installation activities operating these tools at 120 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.   a) Lot #18 at 673 Allier Terrace Cumming, GA 30041: On or about 10/30/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet, 2-inches from the lower ground level, in that a complete fall protection system was not used while engaged in siding installation activities on a pump jack scaffold system. Employees were wearing harnesses but were not attached to the lifelines provided.

29 CFR  1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section.   a) Lot #18 at 673 Allier Terrace Cumming, GA 30041 : On or about 10/30/2023, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards due to silica exposure from dry cutting Hardie Plank fiber cement outside without any engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection as described in Table-1.
