29 CFR 1910.304(b)(2)(ii): Receptacles having grounding contacts did not have contacts that were effectively grounded. ESTABLISHMENT/SECOND FLOOR: On/or about October 28, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the Crimsco food cart/truck was effectively grounded when energized by an outlet on the second floor resulting in electrical shock/burns to an employee who was unplugging the unit. ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
