(b) Fabrication area - eastern section of facility; Various Hougen (Model: HMD904) magnetic drills were operated without guarding for the chuck and bit, respectively. (c) Throughout facility; Various DeWALT (Models: DCG412 & DWE402) hand-held angle grinders were operated without guarding to cut, grind, and sand steel material.
