29 CFR  1926.152(a)(1): Containers other than approved metal safety cans or DOT approved containers were used for the handling and use of flammable liquids in quantities of 5 gallons or less:  On 10/31/2023, the employer did not ensure gasoline, used in the gas powered air compressor, was transported in an approved metal safety can or DOT approved container to ensure employees were not exposed to chemical hazards and fire hazards during construction operations located at 108 Marinda Dr. in Wentzville, MO.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 10/31/2023, the employer did not protect employees who were engaged in residential roofing operations 6ft (1.8m) or more above lower levels while at the job site located at 108 Marinda Dr., Wentzville, MO. The employees were conducting residential roofing operations and were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately thirteen (13) feet.
