The employer did not provide training on fall hazards and how to minimize those hazards. Employees at the jobsite were wearing Petzel Adjama and Corax LT climbing and mountaineering seat harnesses while working on a 10:12 pitch roof and 14 feet above the lower level.  The employees were not able to recognize the hazards with using this equipment in construction.  Employees working on the roof were exposed to fall hazards to the ground below.
