29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: Interior Hall, 3rd and 4th deck: On or about August 08, 2023 Employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards from the unsecured drywall bundles that were stacked on edge in the hallways. In the alternative 1926.250(a)(1) All materials stored in tiers shall be stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse. Interior Hall, 3rd and 4th deck : On or about August 08, 2023 Employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards from the unsecured drywall bundles that were stacked on edge in the hallways.
