29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a.) At the jobsite, located at 8819 Wild Pine Court Riverview, FL 33578; on or about 10/31/23, the employer exposed employees to fall  hazards of approximately 19 ft & 25 ft, in that fall protection was not provided for employees conducting sheathing operations on the roof of an apartment building.  b.) At the jobsite, located at 8819 Wild Pine Court Riverview, FL 33578; on or about 10/31/23, the employer exposed employees to fall  hazards of approximately 9 ft & 13 ft, in that fall protection was not provided for employees conducting framing operations from the inside and truss work from the outside second story of an apartment building.
