29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2):Handfed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: (a) 20 Water Street, Milroy, PA - Main Shop, First Floor - Employees use a table saw without riving knife installed to cut mitered angles for custom ordered cabinets, on or about November 1, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
