1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a) G&S Foods Building, N Blettner Ave, Hanover, PA - On or about November 1, 2023, the employer did not conduct adequate frequent inspection of a jobsite. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
