Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about November 1, 2023, Terrence McCloud dba: McCloud &Sons LLC and two employees were performing roofing work at 322 Stone Run Boulevard in Wentzville, Missouri. The employer did not ensure that fall protection was worn while work was being performed on the roof approximately 21 feet above the lower level.  The employees were exposed to fall hazards.
