29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Lot 19 (22) Mill Creek Springs Subdivision Buford, Georgia: On or about 10/31/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while performing residential siding activities, in that eye protection was not provided to employees installing Hardie Plank Siding operating pneumatic nail guns at 120 PSI.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) Lot 19 (22) Mill Creek Springs Subdivision Buford, Georgia: On or about 10/31/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet, 6-inches to the lower ground level while installing siding from a pump jack scaffold, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation activities.
