29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about November 1, 2023, Fuchs Roofing, did not ensure subcontractors working at 108 Granite Way in Wentzville, MO were protected from injuries by conducting frequent and regular inspections to identify and correct fall hazards during roofing construction. Fuchs Roofing did not exercise controlling authority over the jobsite as the controlling employer, exposing sub-contract workers to hazards of falling.
