29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On October 13th, 2023, in the United States Postal Service Distribution Center, employees were exposed to serious injuries in that stuck by, slip, trip and fall hazards were created by the abundance of incoming mail blocking the walking path in the receiving area.
