29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about November 2, 2023 the employer Jacob White at jobsite located at 4630 Suder Ave. Toledo OH 43611, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while conducting residential roofing construction activities on the second (roof) level of a existing residential home. Employees were exposed to a falls of 18 feet or greater to the ground below from the roof peak to the ground below. Employees were working atop a roof with an 6:12 pitch.
