On or about 3 October 2023, employees of Pedro Cucul (dba. Pedro Cucul) were installing roofing materials on the roof of a residential building located at 3522 Big Bear Court in Wentzville, MO. One employee was not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail gun.

Pedro Cucul) were exposed to fall hazards while working on the roof of a residential building located at 3522 Big Bear Court in Wentzville, Missouri. The employees were installing roofing materials without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access. On or about 2 November 2023, employees of Pedro Cucul (dba. Pedro Cucul) were exposed to fall hazards at 3522 Big Bear Court in Wentzville, Missouri. The employees were installing roofing materials on the roof of a residential building. The employees accessed the roof using a ladder that was not extended 3 feet beyond the upper landing surface.
