Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  a) On or about October 26, 2023 in the Cardboard Baler area, the employer did not ensure that there was sufficient safe clearances through the doorway in that the path being utilized by the forklifts with two scrap carts trailing from one area of the warehouse to another area of the warehouse exposed employees to struck-by hazards when employees had to stand by a cemented column in the turning path of the forklift in order to assist in the removal of a bird from the area.
