29 CFR1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces are to be maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. Upper School: On or about November 2, 2023 the employer did not ensure walkable steel grate support brackets were free of corrosion resulting in failure and collapse, exposing an employee to an eight foot fall and bodily injury.
