29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) On or about November 2, 2023 and at times prior to, at 551 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415 Shop Department, the OEM Tools 6.0 inch, 120V, 3,400 RPM bench wheel grinder was operated with a one inch gap between the wheel and the work rest, and the employer did not ensure that the gap was adjusted to a maximum of one eighth of an inch to protect workers from laceration hazards.
