Employees  were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 18 feet  while engaged in installation of lighting activities on the walking-working surface. No form of fall protection was  being utilized while performing the lighting installation activities.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
